Peaceful Practices — the antidote to a stressful world.

Due to Annie's personal retreat and training schedule, there are currently no Peaceful Practices trainings scheduled for 2012.
Learn to stay centered and grounded, no matter what life throws at you. And to live from the balanced, joyful place of contentment that is within you.
Peaceful Practices are a combination of body exercises, breathing practices, and self massage & relaxation techniques that work together to relax the body, focus the mind, and awaken the heart.
- Revitalize your life force energy (Qi or Chi) with easy Qi Gong (Chi Kung) movements.
- Increase balance, flexibility, and strength in body, mind, and spirit through Yoga.
- Calm and center your mind and heart with simple relaxation and meditation techniques.
- Awaken your inner vitality with simple breathing practices.
- Enjoy the full body benefits of self massage of the hands and feet.
- Learn these practices in easy to remember routines, so you can do them at home anytime.

Have you completed Parts One and Two and want to share the Peaceful Practices with others? Become a PP Facilitator! Certification is pursued by each student individually, with private sessions and practice teaching scheduled at convenient times.
- Receive 6 private sessions with Anne to support you in your development as a teacher.
- Practice teach a six week PP series of one-hour classes.
- Write a reflection paper on your teaching experience.
- Enjoy personal retreat days at home, for rest and reflection.
