Holistic Life Coaching Program PDF Print E-mail

Now in its 12th year, the Holistic Life Coaching Program, formerly the Holistic Health Practitioner Training, prepares healthcare and helping professionals to harness the power of the holistic health perspective and put it to work for themselves and those in their care as a Holistic Life Coach and Educator.  While exploring a wide range of themes related to a holistic lifestyle, students develop life-changing skills for health, happiness, and personal fulfillment for both themselves and their patients, clients and students.

For more information, view our brochure.

The course work is designed to answer the question, What is holistic health? from every perspective. And to help you connect fully to life in body, mind, and soul, as you learn the skills and tools you need to work with others. Through each of the content themes, students deepen their awareness of how everyday choices affect health, personal growth, and quality of life. In-class activities and homework assignments provide opportunities to relate course content directly to your own experiences and to further develop as a holistic life coach.

Holistic Life Coaching is an excellent way of creating or expanding employment opportunities at a time when holistic health care, prevention and wellness, integrative medicine, and a holistic perspective on lifestyle are growing in popularity. Learning to work from a holistic perspective will enable you to reach the growing number of people who understand the link between lifestyle and health and are looking to take greater responsibility for their own well-being.
