Peaceful Practices™ Workshops & Certification PDF Print E-mail

Peaceful Practices — the antidote to a stressful world.

Our lives are hectic and fast-paced. And the world is constantly changing. Just keeping up with our responsibilities is stressful, and leaves little time for the self care required to stay centered and grounded or to reach the quiet, kind place of contentment that is within each of us.

Peaceful Practices are a combination of body exercises, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques that work together to relax the body, focus the mind, and awaken the heart

Peaceful Practices are techniques for the important task of stress reduction and the essential work of connecting with and renewing your body, mind, and spirit. They are grounded in the understanding that, first, we must relax, and reconnect the body, mind, and spirit. From this place of “home in the body,” the program provides a structured framework for bringing renewal and revitalization into focus. We seek answers to the questions of how we get and stay centered, balanced and joyful; how we quiet the mind and listen to the heart; how we move toward compassion, contentment, and a consciously-chosen life.
